Return Conditions

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@aussiemel.com. Items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns requested beyond 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

How to Submit a Return

Step 1 – Contact Us

Email info@aussiemel.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Step 2 – Wait for Instructions

After your request is reviewed, we’ll send you return instructions, including shipping details.

Step 3 – Ship Securely

Pack the item carefully to avoid damage during return shipping.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. No restocking fees apply.
