Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday).
Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday).
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping methods: Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed before 16:00 to be processed within the stated timeframe.
Delivery Information
We offer free delivery on all orders within the United States.
Delays
Your order should arrive within 6-9 working days (Monday - Friday).
If it hasn’t arrived within this period, please allow an extra 3 working days before reaching out.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@aussiemel.com as soon as possible.
Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has already been prepared for dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please email photos of the issue to info@aussiemel.com, and we will promptly resolve it by sending you the correct item.
