Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders on business days only (Monday to Friday). Below is a summary of our shipping timelines and conditions for orders across Australia:

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing the same day.
  • Processing time: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Estimated shipping time: 4 to 6 business days.
  • Shipping cost: Free for all orders within Australia.

Order Processing & Delivery
Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. When your order is dispatched, a follow-up email will include tracking details. We aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days and deliver within 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday). All domestic orders are eligible for free standard shipping.

Delivery Delays
If the maximum time for order processing and shipping has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Allow up to 2 extra business days (Monday to Friday). If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.

We kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 working days (Monday - Friday) before reaching out. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us at info@aussiemel.com, and we’ll investigate the issue.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please email info@aussiemel.com promptly. Once your order has entered the processing stage, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please send a clear photo of the issue to info@aussiemel.com. We will assess the situation and follow up with a resolution.
