We process and dispatch orders on business days only, from Monday to Friday. Please find below an outline of our shipping procedures and timelines for deliveries across Australia:

- Processing Time: 0-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated Delivery: 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Shipping Cost: Complimentary for all Australian orders
Processing Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt. When your order is dispatched, a follow-up email with tracking information will be sent. You can track your order here. Our goal is to dispatch orders within 0-3 business days (Monday to Friday) and ensure delivery within 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday). All domestic orders qualify for free standard shipping.
Delays and Extended Delivery
Occasionally, delays may occur. If your order has not arrived after the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting us. Should your package still not arrive, kindly email us at info@aussiemel.com with your order number, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
Cancelling Your Order

Receiving Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please provide a clear photograph of the issue and email it to info@aussiemel.com. We will review the situation and provide a suitable resolution.
